After her husband passed away she married Stewart McLeod who was a long time friend of the Russell family, according to son, Jack who also provided his mother's maiden name, 'Nys'. He believes it was French.
She is buried in the McLeod plot in the Kingsley Cemetery near Stewart and Stewart's father, George.
